01What is your minimum order quantity?
One full truckload — typically 25–30 MT in jumbo bags or loose. For qualification trials we will supply a single jumbo bag against a sample order.
02How quickly can I get a sample?
A 5–10 kg sample of any published grade is despatched within three working days of the request, with a certificate of analysis for the current production batch.
03Do you certify every despatch?
Yes. Each batch is sieve-tested in-house before release, and a third-party chemical certificate of analysis is issued against the despatched batch on request.
04Can you hold a custom sieve curve?
Usually. Send the target distribution and tolerance band; we will tell you plainly whether the circuit can hold it and quote against it if it can.
05What are your commercial terms?
Ex-works or delivered, quoted per metric tonne. Standard terms are advance for first orders and 30-day credit for established accounts, subject to agreement.
06Which regions do you deliver to?
Our own fleet covers Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra directly. Further destinations are handled through partner transport.
