Our story
Silica supply in this market usually moves through a trader, and that is where consistency is lost: a buyer qualifies material from one deposit, then receives material blended from three. We built PSV so that could never happen to our customers.
Because extraction, crushing, screening and despatch all sit under one company, the material we certify is the material we load.
When a cut drifts, we trace it back through our own circuit and correct it — rather than raising it with a supplier and hoping.

years on the same deposit
- 2016
Lease granted
Quartz mining lease secured at Chakalisherpally, Chintapally Mandal, after a two-year exploration and assay programme on the deposit.
- 2017
First crushing circuit
Grizzly feeder and 48″ × 9″ jaw crusher commissioned. First commercial despatches of crushed quartz to regional buyers.
- 2019
Impact crushing added
Horizontal and vertical shaft impactors installed, taking the plant from crushed stone to graded sand and opening the foundry market.
- 2021
Four-way screening
Vibratory screening expanded to four decks, including a 12′ × 5′ high-frequency unit — the step that made 30–150 mesh a routine cut.
- 2023
Own despatch fleet
Fleet built out to ten company-owned trucks, taking delivery scheduling in-house and ending reliance on third-party haulage.
- 2026
Washing & attritionIn development
Stage 2 in development: a washing and attrition circuit with closed-loop water, to lift material into the glass-grade band.
What we do
Four operations,one company.
Mining
Extraction of quartz ore from the company-held lease at Chakalisherpally, Chintapally Mandal, in Nalgonda District.
Processing
Primary jaw crushing, then horizontal and vertical shaft impact crushing and four-way vibratory screening across the mesh spectrum.
Quality
Chemical composition and sieve analysis through an independent accredited laboratory, certified against the despatched batch.
Supply
Despatch on a company-owned fleet of ten trucks, so scheduling is never subcontracted.

Say what we can hold
We publish the conservative figure and certify every batch against it. Under-promising is recoverable; a rejected load is not.

One chain of custody
Lease, plant and fleet under one company. When a cut drifts, we trace it through our own circuit — not a supplier's.

Engineers first
Our buyers are QC and procurement engineers. The site, the certificate and the conversation are all built for them.
